Who are we?
Our laboratory has been on the market since 1995. We currently have 25 employees... We are engaged in environmental analytics, we perform analysis and sampling of drinking water, wastewater, pool water, pond sediments, asphalts and especially analysis and sampling of waste, typically from construction companies - debris, demolition, soil stockpiles, etc.
What to expect
The work is mostly manual and standing, however it can be varied. You will be responsible for washing and cleaning laboratory glassware and ensuring that all sample tubes are sufficient.
Specifically:
- Pre-cleaning lab glassware (peeling off labels, pouring out sample residue).
- Choosing the appropriate program and cleaning agents according to the type of sample tubes.
- Operating two (eventually three) laboratory washers, selecting the appropriate program.
- After washing, removing the dishes from the dishwasher, hanging the sample trays to dry.
- checking that there are enough samplers for customers and managing what dishes will be next.
- If there are not enough samplers of a certain type in the long term, you instruct them to order more.
- The working hours are single shift, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
We require
- Minimum of a high school education
- Physical condition to allow for standing and hands on work all day.
- Clean criminal record
- Hardworking, dependable, diligent
- Systematic, ability to plan time. Able to plan what to wash when and that there is downtime in between for other washing that may not be possible in the dishwasher (vials, buckets).
